*) Note, that we can accommodate max up-to 50 persons in the main building, for bigger groups, separate Conference Facilities building must be rented. In addition to the fee for conference building, a fee per additional guest is applied according to the price list above.
Payment terms
- Security Deposit: 2.000 EUR to be returned after the stay
- 25% reservation, 35% 60 days before stay, 40% 15 days before stay
- Cancellation fee:
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival – 40 % of the agreed total rental price must be paid.
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival – 60 % of the agreed total rental price must be paid.
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the agreed total rental price must be paid.

Rooms & Accommodation
The finca offers 17 double rooms, each with a private bathroom, making it ideal for group stays. Please note that the entire property is rented as a whole — individual room bookings are not available.
For larger groups, it’s also possible to arrange access to additional areas if needed.
